ALP LOGISTICS VIETNAM JSC is looking for candidate for Logistics Sale posittion in Ha Noi:
Position: Logistics Sale Executive
Quantity: no limit
Job Description:
- Sales of logistics (customs broker, freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution)
- Introduce products of the company to customers.
- Look for customers on direct, on the internet, attend trade fairs to look for customers/importers.
- Researching market; Making business plan to increase sales volume
- Send quotations and negotiate with customers about prices, delivery, payment terms, etc.
- Make sales contracts and other related documents
- Work with other departments (production, accounting, etc.) to serve customers
- Take care current customers along with finding new customers.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, freight forwarders and customers and facilitate accurate shipping documents for smooth customs clearance.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
- Completing the assigned job when required
Requirements:
- University or College graduated (prefer major in economics and trading)
- Good sense of business, especially international commerce
- Knowledge of logistics (Having experience in forwarding/logistics and import export fields are advantage)
- Teamwork skill, communication skill, negotiation and presentation skills
- Quick adaptability.
- Enthusiasm, diligence, honesty, initiative and creativity in work.
- Good command in English is an advantage
